To self-learn photography, Andrew Hudson searched for a style of photography to emulate. He fell in love with the National Geographic Traveler work of prolific magazine photographer Bob Krist.
Bob kindly wrote the foreword to Andrew's first book in 1997 and the two have been good friends ever since. Starting in 2000, Bob and Andrew have jointly self-published three books. Bob lives in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Bob's latest book is PhotoSecrets 101 Tips for Travel Photographers.
Born in Switzerland, Christian has over 90 books to his credit, mainly published in Germany. Looking for a U.S. publisher, he contacted Andrew Hudson in 2000. In 2005, Andrew and Christian jointly self-published a book on Chicago. Christian lives in Bend, Oregon and Ventana, Mexico. Christian's next book will be A Photo Tour of Copper Canyon.
